Refund & Exchange Policy
Refund:
- When the courier arrives open the package and view and check your products as soon as they arrive. The courier will wait for you while you check your box; if it is not suitable for any reason, you can return it to the courier and pay the shipping fees.
- Selection of an item and return other items is not allowed according to our shipping policy so if you want to return an item you should accept all the package and contact us to return the other items
- We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

- We will refund your money after checking the status of the returned item via your wallet, account number or your instapay account
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
